Stacey’s care journey with TCS

Thornbury Community Services (TCS) were approached by Cheshire West and Chester Council and Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care Board (ICB) to create a bespoke package of care for Stacey, and since July 2023, she has been making significant progress with her health, social skills and relationships. I've recently started to play a sport called Boccia. It is for people with disabilities and is similar to French boules. I train three times a week with Cotswold Crusaders and Boccia Busters.
