At TCS we understand how busy you are, to help you manage your time efficiently we created ipoint. ipoint is an online platform to help TCS nurses and healthcare assistants view and manage their timesheets, payslips and compliance documents.
How do I create an ipoint account?

Step 1 – go to ipointweb.co.uk and click on the register option
Step 2 – Please complete the register form by entering all required data and accepting the terms and conditions
Required information for registration
We recommend you use your personal email address. Please use a valid and accessible email address as ipoint will send you a validation email before you can use your account.
Please select a password to use for logging into ipoint. Your password must be at least 8 characters long, and is case sensitive*. We recommend choosing a password that is only known to yourself and is not easy to guess. *Case sensitive: The password will take into account whether it was set up with uppercase letters, lowercase letters, or a combination of both. For example, ‘password’ and ‘PassWord’ are not the same.
Please confirm the password you have chosen.
Please input the username you wish to use to log in to ipoint. It must be unique.
Please ensure you enter your correct mobile number.
Date of birth
Please enter your date of birth by selecting it from the calendar.
Terms and conditions
Please read the ipoint terms and conditions. To continue with your registration you will need to agree the terms and conditions by ticking the box.
Step 3 – Upon successful registration, you will receive an introductory email to your designated email inbox. The email will contain a link you will need to click on to verify your email address, this will activate your account.
