TCS win Employer of the Year 2019

After receiving countless nominations and competing against some strong competition, TCS is thrilled to have been recognised as Employer of the Year at the Bristol Live Business Awards 2019, as announced at the awards ceremony held on Wednesday 26^th July.

Regarded as one of the most significant events in the local calendar and Bristol’s most prestigious awards programme, The BristolLive & Bristol Post Business Awards recognise and celebrate the achievements of businesses across a range of sectors. With no less than 14 exclusive awards, TCS is honoured to have taken one home on the night.

The work we do in TCS transforms people’s lives, providing care at home and in the community for those with complex needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our exceptional and conscientious team members – from our care co-ordinators and those working ‘behind the scenes’ in our offices, to our nurses and healthcare support workers – are passionate about ensuring we deliver the highest quality of care in the community day in, day out. Enabling our clients to live as independently as possible and helping them achieve their personal goals and aspirations; everyone in the TCS team plays an integral part in making this happen.

After a rigorous selection process, TCS received some fantastic feedback from the judges who noted the genuine and heartfelt nature of the nominations submitted. The number of responses to the surveys received showed a team who were caring, compassionate and engaged in their work.
