Working in close partnership with commissioners, local authorities, hospital teams, our clients and their families; providing bespoke healthcare services, offering tailored care for every individual we support.
We have a proven track record of supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism and a reputation for delivering excellence across all aspects of case management.
What we do
From the most remote corners of Cornwall to the highest parts of Cumbria, we can manage and deliver world-class clinical and behavioural support, ranging from 6:1 to 1:1 round-the-clock care, or individual hours tailored to an individual’s needs – significantly improving the quality of peoples’ lives. Our care philosophy of focusing on the whole person, combined with a significant depth and wealth of specialist clinical expertise, enables us to support and care for individuals who are most at risk to themselves or others.
Our outcome-focused approach is underpinned by Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) promoting personal choice, inclusion, participation and equality of opportunity. We tailor our care to each individual and their specific needs, helping their environment fit in with them – not the other way around. We are proud to change lives for the better and demonstrate what world-class community care looks like every day.
Watch our virtual roundtable below to hear our expert speakers discuss why a community over hospital-based approach is vital for individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism guided by findings from the 2020 Care Quality Commission (CQC) report.
Through our partnership with B-Inspired, we are proud to have been awarded a certificate of affiliation to use a method of physical intervention known as ARC (Access, Respond, Care) as accredited by the British Institute of Learning Disabilities and Restraint Reduction Network.
