Female Community Healthcare Assistant
Location: Southampton/ Hampshire
Shifts: Monday-Sunday: 7:00 – 19:00 & 19:00 – 7:00
Pay Rates (including holiday pay): Days £18.56 / Nights £20.83 / Weekends £23.07
As an ‘Outstanding’ CQC-rated care provider Thornbury Community Services recruits healthcare assistants to play a vital role in the care and support our clients receive in the community. You will utilise your expertise, skills, and knowledge to enable our clients to achieve their personal goals, learn new hobbies and live as independently as possible.
We are looking to recruit a female healthcare assistant in Hampshire with UK-based complex care experience to work with a lady in her 20’s.

Role requirements
We are looking for support workers with a minimum of 12 months of UK-based experience who are passionate, resilient, and highly skilled. In order to be considered for this role we require the following key skills:
- Tracheostomy care and suctioning
- Background in complex care
- Must be able to drive
- A minimum of 12 months UK based experience
