Stacey’s care journey with TCS

Thornbury Community Services (TCS) were approached by Cheshire West and Chester Council and Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care Board (ICB) to create a bespoke package of care for Stacey, and since July 2023, she has been making significant progress with her health, social skills and relationships.
