Support Worker within Learning Disability Services – Female
LOCATION: Bury Saint Edmunds, Suffolk
PAY RATES: £16.81 – £21.01 per hour
Shifts – Days – 08:00-20:00 – flexible and available to work across a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

We’re looking for female Support Worker within Learning Disability Services who are committed to making a real difference—people who truly care and want to build long-term partnerships with those they support.

You’ll help clients achieve personal goals, explore new hobbies, and enjoy trips into the community—all while creating relationships that bring lasting satisfaction for both you and them.
You will be supporting our client with daily outings in the community for various activities including horse riding, shopping, swimming and trips to the seaside. You will be required to drive your own insured vehicle to transport the client to and from activities with you. You will be observant and receptive to adjust your communication based on client needs. It’s important to maintain boundaries and ensure our client feels safe and trusting with their team.

· 12 months UK-based experience in a community setting.
· Confidence in maintaining risk and using physical intervention where required.
