Location: Guisborough

Shifts: Days & nights. 08;00- 20:00/20:00- 08:00. Requirement for both (you must be able to do a mixture of both)

Pay Rates (including holiday pay): Days £16.81 / Nights £18.91 / Weekends £21.01

About the Role

You’ll be part of an 3:1 care team, supporting one individual with one nurses and two support workers.

The individual lives with ADHD, ASD & OCD and can display behaviours that challenge. They thrive for structure, predictability and consistency.

They describe their favourite things as the being on the phone, TV and playing games such as Fortnite and Roblox.

This role requires someone with knowledge and experience in working with people with a Learning Disability and Autism and an understanding of Positive Behaviour Support principles.

Our shared goal is to help them feel safe and enhance their quality of life through compassionate, person-centred care.

  • 12 months UK-based experience in a community setting. 
  • Confidence in maintaining risk and using physical intervention where required.  
  • Confidence in utilising PBS standards within services.
