Learning Disabilities Healthcare Support Worker 

Location: Littleton Panell

Shifts: Nights – 1930 – 0730 – Mix of waking and sleeping

Pay Rates (including holiday pay): Waking night – £18.91 / Sleeping – £8.24 per hour

What We’re Looking For 

We want passionate, resilient professionals who can commit to delivering care without exception. To join our team, you’ll need: 

• 12 months UK-based experience in a community setting. 

• Confidence in maintaining risk and using physical intervention where required.  

• Confidence in utilising PBS standards within services.  

• Strong personal values and ethical standards.  

• Dedication, commitment and stability.  

• A genuine desire to build lasting relationships and make a positive impact.
