LOCATION: Bridgewater, Somerset

PAY RATES: Basic: 16.81, Nights: 18.91, Weekends: 21.01

Shifts – flexible and available to work across a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

What We’re Looking For

· 12 months UK-based experience in a community setting.

· Confidence in maintaining risk and using physical intervention where required.

· Confidence in utilising PBS standards within services.

· Strong personal values and ethical standards.

· Dedication, commitment and stability.

· A genuine desire to build lasting relationships and make a positive impact.
