This isn’t just a nursing role; it’s an opportunity to support an individual with Autistic traits & Anorexia to live a safe, stable, and fulfilling life. You’ll play a crucial role in promoting recovery, maintaining safety, supporting autonomy, and helping clients achieve personal goals – whether that’s developing daily living skills, accessing the community, or engaging in meaningful activities. 

Each shift it 1:1 support, encouraging and managing our client’s needs to ensure they feel safe and secure. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to manage challenging situations with ease. You will be working in a home with dogs


What You’ll Do 

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centered mental health nursing within the client’s own home. 
  • Complete clinical assessments and implement evidence-based care plans. 
  • Maintain safety through effective risk management and positive risk-taking. 
  • Administer medication and monitor mental and physical health. 
  • Work collaboratively as part of a small, consistent care team. 
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships that empower clients to live independently and confidently.

What We’re Looking For 

We’re seeking compassionate and resilient RMNs who can deliver high standards of care with professionalism and empathy. To join our team, you’ll need: 

  • 12 months UK-based RMN experience in a community, secure, crisis, or acute setting. 
  • Confidence in managing risk and using physical intervention where required. 
  • Experience working within PBS frameworks or traumainformed approaches. 
  • Strong clinical judgement and ethical decision-making. 
  • Reliability, dedication, and commitment to continuity of care. 
  • A genuine passion for making a meaningful difference to the lives of others.
