Community Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care

Location: Billingshurst, Sussex 

Shifts: Tuesday DAY – 07:00-19:00 & Tuesday & Saturday NIGHT – 19:00-07:00

Pay Rates (including holiday pay):

• Days: £18.56 per hour
• Nights: £20.83 per hour 
• Weekends: £23.07 per hour

Your role will include supporting our client 2:1 in school and at home, to live a fulfilling and well-rounded life. We will provide you with training and shadow shifts to learn the requirements and ensure you’re empowered to work closely with our client. You should be engaging and willing to support with age-appropriate activities & be comfortable working with teenagers & with dogs/cats/rodents. You must be able to drive due to rural location of this client.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking healthcare assistants who are:

· Compassionate and resilient, with a genuine passion for person-centered care.

· Experienced in UK care (minimum 12 months).

· Skilled in key areas such as:

• Exposure to clinical complex care
• Personal care
• Manual handling
