At Thornbury Community Services, we believe every person deserves the chance to live life to the fullest. We’re looking for adult nurses who want to make a real difference – helping people stay safe, achieve their goals, discover new hobbies, and enjoy experiences that matter most to them.

Your role goes beyond clinical care. You’ll build trust with individuals and their families, create safe environments, and empower individuals to take trips, learn new skills, and thrive at home and in their community. Every shift is an opportunity to change a life.

Joining Thornbury means being part of something bigger – giving individuals the chance to grow, learn, and experience joy despite complex health needs. You will be supporting a young adult to live their life independently in the community. You must be flexible and committed to work in a busy house with other members of the team, to support our client with their clinical and social needs. An ideal candidate will be engaging, empowering and enthusiastic.

  • Compassionate and resilient, with a genuine passion for individualised care.
  • Experienced in UK complex care (minimum 6 months in the last 2 years).
  • Skilled in key areas such as [Skill one], [Skill two], [Skill three].

Your Benefits as a TCS Nurse

We value our nurses and offer a package designed to support your career and wellbeing:

  • Professional Development: Access to free CPD and support with revalidation.
