Competent support worker bonus scheme

1. Scheme

1. The TCS competent support worker scheme is applicable to support workers who completes their tasks on the outsystems platform, completes PMVA training and successfully completes their first shift with the client within 1 week of file clearance – the dates that need be adhered to are outlined the ‘qualfying criteria’ below.

This scheme provides the opportunity for a bonus payments of £250 to be earned, and it cannot be used in conjunction with the recommend a friend scheme within TCS.

2. Qualifying Criteria

1. Stage one – Complete your Outsystems platform tasks by 12/12/2025.

2. Stage two – Complete PMVA training at th earliest offering.

3. Stage three – Successfully complete first shift with the client within 1 week of file clearance.

3. Bonus payments

1. Bonus amount – The worker is entitled to claim the bonus amount of £250 once the qualifying criteria, terms and conditions have been met.

2. Claiming bonus – If the worker has not already been contacted by the TCS team, it is the responsibility of the worker to claim their bonus payment by contacting the team no later than one month after completing the qualifying criteria.

3. Cash payment(s) – A Bonus payment of £250 will be paid to the workers who have met the relevant qualifying criteria, terms and conditions. All bonuses are subject to tax deduction. Bonus payments are non-transferable.

4. General Terms

1. TCS reserves the right to reject a bonus payment request if:

1. the worker has not consented to their personal data being submitted to TCS

2. the worker has not met the qualifying criteria, terms and conditions;

3. TCS sees fits to do so, due to any other reason or circumstance that they deem as justified; or if workers are deemed internal personnel, employed by TCS

2. TCS reserves the right to:

1. vary the terms and conditions of this scheme at its absolute discretion; or

2. cancel or discontinue this scheme without having to pay any outstanding claims, introduce a replacement scheme, offer compensation or inform nurses, support workers or HCAs
