Shifts: Flexible – days, nights, and weekends available

  • Support with daily living skills, health management, and social inclusion.

What We’re Looking For

We want passionate, resilient professionals who can commit to delivering care without exception. To join our team, you’ll need:

  • You must be on the social care Wales register to apply.  
  • Experience in mental health or social care (preferred).
  • Empathy, resilience, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to encourage independence and social inclusion.
  • Full driving licence desirable.
