We have an exciting new opportunity within our Learning Disability, Autism, and Mental Health service for you to join us as a Clinical Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for a caseload of services across your allocated region, ensuring that our clients receive world-class care.

You will assess, plan, implement, and review services, making sure that care plans, risk assessments, and protocols are in place and regularly updated. You’ll also play a key role in training, coaching, and developing staff teams to promote consistency, structure, and a strong commitment to our clients and their families. Working closely with families, as well as our operations, recruitment, and compliance teams, you will help safeguard both clients and staff, enabling those we support to live fulfilling and rewarding lives.

Everyday you will…

  • Lead and support teams to deliver high quality care across your packages
  • Develop and review care plans and risk assessments in partnership with the clients, their families and other health care professionals to ensure goals are patient focused, realistic and achievable
  • Support the team to follow the behaviour practices and review themes and trends, sharing evidence based interventions to promote positive outcomes and reduction in restrictive practices.
  • Be responsible for the delivery of client specific clinical training for staff within packages to ensure they can understand and support clients effectively
  • Complete clinical supervisions, debriefs and support with incident management
  • Be accountable for ensuring all clients allocated are regularly reviewed in accordance with company policies, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and reflecting current organisational and national guidelines and standards
  • Identify and manage risks as part of care provision, producing positive risk-taking, risk-management plans and implementing safety precautions

    • A learning disability nursing qualification
    • Experience with working with people who challenge services
    • Proven experience in leading teams to support individuals
    • Excellent time management skills with the ability to organise your own workload
    • A valid drivers licence and access to a vehicle
