Community Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care (Female)

Location: Chelmsford, Essex 

Shifts: 

  • Days: 09:00-17:00 & 11:00-17:00 & 08:00-20:30
  • Nights – Mon, Tues, Weds & Friday: 19:00- 08:30 & 20:00-08:30

Pay Rates (including holiday pay):

  • Days: £18.56
  • Nights: £20.83
  • Weekends: £23.07

You will care for an adult female, supporting her at home and in the community. You will support them in daily activities including shopping and trips to the day center. To join this team you must hold a manual driving license & be happy working in an environment with dogs. 


What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking healthcare assistants who are:

· Compassionate and resilient, with a genuine passion for person-centered care.

· Experienced in UK care (minimum 12 months).

· Skilled in key areas such as:

  • Exposure to clinical complex care
  • Personal care
  • Manual handling
