Luxury Hamper Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions

1. Qualifying conditions

To be entered into the prize draw, you must: 

1a. Be a qualified nurse with a minimum of 12 months UK based complex care experience within the last 2 years.

1b. You must have successfully completed our registration form by Tuesday 16th March (midnight).

1c. If you have previously registered with Thornbury Community Services but have not worked within the last 12 months, then you are entitled to re-register and be entered into the prize draw when you have met the qualifying criteria.

2. Hamper prize

2a. There will be one hamper giveaway prize, giving one person the chance to win a luxury hamper. 

2b. The winners of the three hampers will be announced on Friday 19th March 2021 and will be contacted via email.

2c. The hamper prize is your choice of a luxury hamper from Fortnum & Mason hamper worth up to £100

2d. There is no cash alternative.

3. General terms

3a. Thornbury Community Services reserves the right to reject claims if all the terms and conditions have not been met.

3b. Thornbury Community Services reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the promotion at its absolute discretion.

3c. Thornbury Community Services reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time and is under no obligation to inform nurses, introduce a replacement promotion or offer compensation.

3d. This promotion is not running in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.

3e. This promotion is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by Facebook, nor is Facebook associated with this promotion. 

This promotion is valid only between Thursday 4th March and Tuesday 16th March (midnight) 2021.
