Thornbury Community Services (TCS) is recruiting nurses who have experience working with adults and children who have a spinal injury and their associated conditions.
As an established provider of complex community care, we are looking for adaptable individuals that can provide commitment to our clients with daily living, social interaction, confidence building, emotional support and work towards their long and short-term goals and aspirations. Community is at the heart of everything we do – therefore you will be supporting not only the patient but also the family with your skills as a nurse. In return we offer you all the support you need through our dedicated team of case managers, clinical leads and back office staff.
