The recruitment process

The recruitment team will provide consistent support throughout each stage of the recruitment process to ensure you have a smooth, positive experience. Following your application, you will start your recruitment journey with our dedicated team. Our team will discuss with you your recent learning disabilities and autism experience, including any experience you have using Positive Behavioural Support strategies (PBS) and Positive Management of Violence and Aggression (PMVA).

We use a video interview service called HireVue to complete our registered learning disability nurse and support worker interviews for our learning disabilities and autism service. HireVue enables you to interview at a time convenient for you in under 30 minutes, you will also be able to stop the interview in between questions and return to it later, perfect for nervous interviewees or busy lifestyles! Once completed, your interview will be assessed by our registered nurse interviewer and you will then be contacted with our feedback. If your interview is successful, we will contact you to discuss the next stage of our recruitment progress.
