Learning Disabilities Support Worker - Day and Night

Thornbury Community Services (TCS) has opportunities available for learning disability support workers in Middlesbrough

We’re looking for learning disability support workers that share our goal of providing world-class care to clients with learning disabilities and/or autism. For this package of care, you will need the following:

  • A minimum of 12 months' UK experience in the last two years working with clients with learning disabilities and/or autism
  • Experience and confidence in performing physical interventions in the last two years

 

We have day, night and weekend shifts available. The hours are:

2:1 - 24/7 – 07.45 – 20.00 and 19.45 – 08.00

Working as a learning disability support worker at TCS

Our learning disability and autism service provides specialised long-term care to support children and adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. Each of our clients has their own care plan, which you will gain access to when you join us to understand their specific needs. We aim to provide our clients with the very best tailored care to ensure they can achieve their long-term goals and aspirations. To do this, we need learning disability support workers who can deliver care with our values in mind, aspire to make a difference and empower our clients to lead rewarding lives.
