Community Learning Disabilities and Autism Support worker 

Rates of pay £16 p/h for days, £18 p/h for nights and £20 p/h for weekends. This package is 2:1 ratio and shifts run Monday to Friday 15:00-20:30, Saturday & Sunday 10:00-16:00.

Surrey area (some travel may be required - specific location can be discussed at pre-interview stages)

TCS is recruiting experienced health care support workers to join our service and provide consistent and continuous care to individuals in the community. You will be supported by an experienced team who are passionate about making a difference to the lives of individuals we care for.

Key Requirements

  • A minimum of 12 months UK based care experience within the last 2 years of working with adolescents and adults who have learning disabilities and/or autism
  • A current driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes is desirable. Business Insurance would be beneficial.
  • Confidence and previous experience performing physical interventions and restraints. 
  • An excellent communicator and good team player.
  • Genuinely driven with a desire to make a real difference in people’s lives.
