Community Care Coordinator- Thornbury Community Services
Part of Independent Clinical Services (ICS).
Earn up to 26,000 per annum
£21,500K base + anti-social hours + bonus per annum.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Community operations team in Bristol. You will be the initial point of contact for nurses and clients and responsible for placing nurses and healthcare assistants into commissioned care package bookings throughout the UK.
Core duties would include:
Acting as an initial point of contact for community customers, fulfilling routine and complex requests, responding to inquiries from clients and field staff, performing routine and complex transactions and customer care activities
Providing guidance and support to field staff working in community placementsProviding knowledge to colleagues, clients and field staff
Making decisions on nurses suitability for particular shifts
To present professional, courteous and knowledgeable behaviour to clients, service users, field staff and colleagues alike
Successful candidates will:
Be able to work independently
Possess excellent written and spoken communication skills
Be self-motivated with the ability to use your own initiative
Have experience in customer service and rota management preferably within the health care sector
Be driven to exceed set goals and targets and maximise client and nurse satisfaction
