As an established provider of complex care, Thornbury Community Services (TCS) recruits ambitious registered nurses who are looking to develop their skills and support individuals with complex healthcare needs at home and in the community.

We understand that taking your first step in to community nursing can seem a little daunting, but we’ll support you every step of the way. You'll be fully briefed on your client's unique requirements and complete a full competency sign off process before starting your new role. Our dedicated team of case managers, clinical leads and back office staff will also be available whenever you need them.

As a community nurse (RGN) with TCS you’ll benefit from:
