Community adult ITU nurse

Earn up to £46.13 per hour

As an established provider of complex care, Thornbury Community Services (TCS) recruits experienced adult ITU nurses to support complex care clients at home and in the community. As a community ITU nurse with TCS, you will be responsible for the day-to-day nursing care of the client and provide clinical support to the family.

We are looking for adaptable individuals that can provide commitment to our packages and continuity of care. Community is at the heart of everything we do – therefore you will be supporting not only the patient but also the family with your skills as a nurse. We ensure you have all the support you need through our dedicated team of case managers, clinical leads and back office staff.
