We partnered with a North West council to deliver urgent, high-quality domiciliary care aimed at keeping vulnerable individuals safe at home and reducing hospital admissions during a critical period. Over the course of three months, our team provided rapid-response staffing solutions tailored to the needs of each client.
The majority of individuals supported were elderly, living with multiple health conditions and cognitive impairments. We also extended care to those facing significant social challenges, including substance misuse and unstable living environments, ensuring every person received compassionate, personalised support in the comfort of their own home.
Every healthcare professional received a thorough induction. This ensured they were fully equipped with the knowledge, confidence, and clarity needed to deliver exceptional care, tailored to each client’s unique needs.
To ensure seamless high-quality care for every client, we created clear and consistent daily rotas for our staff. These schedules helped maintain structure across all shifts, allowing our team to deliver safe effective person-centred care.
Our operations team were available 24/7 to provide support and guidance with any queries regarding their shifts and clients care, this enabled our professionals to feel supported and reassured, ensuring every shift ran seamlessly.
As part of providing our clients with the best possible care, we maintained the same healthcare professionals where possible. This approach fostered strong, familiar relationships and ensured each individual received continuous, high-quality care.
After completing the 3-month contract, our last-minute staffing service successfully delivered 2,414 shifts. During this time, our healthcare assistants provided personalised care and support to 15–20 clients each day, making 50–60 home visits daily to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
