Milo has over 17 years of experience in various healthcare settings. In his role at TCS, Milo guides and supports stakeholders and families to a successful transition into the community, through his excellent service knowledge and hands-on approach.
Sarah Wellings
Head of Clinical Service
Sarah has dedicated the past seven years of her career specialising in complex care, supporting children and adults in the community, including those living with birth injuries, acquired brain injuries, spinal injuries, home parenteral nutrition, long-term invasive ventilation and complex airway management.
Sarah previously practiced as a Clinical Lead directly overseeing packages within the community, then went on to a post as a Clinical Service lead, managing a team of Clinical Leads. Currently she is Head of Clinical Service for TCS, responsible for the effective management of day to day running within nursing services, human resource, governance, and business planning arrangements across complex care.
