Community Nurse (RGN)

If you’d like to use your skill and compassion to support individuals with complex care needs in their own homes and local community we want to hear from you.

We’re hiring experienced nurses who can commit to our packages in order to provide continuity of care to our patients and their families.

As a Thornbury Community Nurse you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day care of a patient, offering clinical support that will help transform a family’s life. You’ll empower them to set and achieve goals that are important to them through developing trust and an excellent working relationship.

We’ll support you every step of the way. You'll be fully briefed on each client's requirements to appropriately prepare you to provide the best care for each individual. Our dedicated team of case managers, clinical leads and back office staff will also be available whenever you need them.

Requirements
  • Nurses with a minimum 6 months’ UK-based complex health care experience within the last three years
  • Confident as a lone worker
  • Friendly, compassionate, self-motivated, with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in community based nursing
  • Experience with tracheostomies and ventilator management would be advantageous but isn’t always necessary

Benefits
  • Earn up to £37.37 per hour
  • Mileage allowance – we pay up to 25p per mile. We also reimburse up to £70 (per trip) if you use public transport Flexible shifts
